A. Need:
- The Office of Career Services [hereafter referred to as “OCS”] will be a faculty-cum-student driven committee which seeks to offer career guidance to the student fraternity of MPS International.
- We will act as the point committee for institution-led support concerning shortlisting of courses after XII standard, assisting the students with the application process inter alia including vetting of CV, Statement of Purpose and streamlining the procedure of obtaining Letter of Reference.
- The students don't get this exposure in school. Searching for colleges and courses is not easy either. To help students with the entire admissions procedure, starting with searching their interested courses, applications, portfolios, SOPs, LORs, questionnaires, interviews, etc; we propose the constitution of OCS.
B. Constitution:
(I) OCS will comprise 5 faculty members and 10 student members working together in
furtherance of the objectives highlighted hereinabove.
C. Proposed Assistance To Be Rendered:
- The counsellor will help students to recognize their areas of interest.
- The Students wing will assist in researching and short-listing various colleges and giving a list to desired students.
- The language teachers will help with documentation necessities and written work.
- The IT cell will help with the lodging of applications and guiding portfolios.
- We would conduct workshops regularly and give presentations for appraising students about various opportunities.

- Student members will be selected on the basis of an open interview of the interested students.

- We request the Administration to provide us with a room equipped with a computer where the team can meet parents and do work even after school hours.
