PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT

The Power of Parental Involvement in School: Building Strong Partnerships for Success

A child's educational journey is greatly enhanced when parents actively participate in their school experiences. Parental involvement, here in MPS International has been proven to have a positive impact on student achievement, motivation, and overall well-being.

Enhanced Communication and Collaboration

Parental involvement creates a strong foundation for open communication and collaboration between parents, teachers, and administrators. Regular counseling session of the parents headed by the Principal and the school Counselor enables teachers and parents to work together to address challenges, set goals, and develop strategies to support the child's overall development. By actively engaging with school activities and attending parent-teacher meet, parents here gain valuable insights into their child's progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. By organizing certain collaborative activities, like Grand parents day, Mother Day, Involving the Pre- School parents for certain engaging activities we aim to generate a sense of togetherness and create a supportive and inclusive school environment. These Collaborative activities involving parents create opportunities and provide us with necessary feedback for meaningful interactions, improvement, leading to stronger relationships between parents, students, and school staff.

Improved School Attendance and Behavior

At MPS International, we make sure that Parents are aware of their child's daily routines, communication with teachers, and participation in school events. In case, of child’s absence in school, a message from the school ERP and a courtesy call from the teacher’s end goes to the parent, to develop  belongingness and update about the child’s whereabouts.  This creates a supportive environment that promotes a sense of responsibility and accountability. This, in turn, fosters a positive school climate and reduces disciplinary issues as well. Behavioral issues along with disciplinary issues, if any, is handled with care by the school disciplinary committee.

Academic Success and Achievement

Research consistently demonstrates that students with involved parents tend to perform better academically. In MPS International, parents actively engage in their child's education, providing crucial support, such as monitoring homework, helping with assignments, and encouraging a positive attitude towards learning. Parental involvement here, shows children that education is a priority and instills in them the value of hard work and dedication.

Positive Social and Emotional Development

We strongly believe that, when parents are involved in school, students often experience improved social and emotional well-being. During the Annual function, we make sure that all the parents of the school are actively involved. We take every effort to make them feel more valued and encouraged.
